I recently picked up a used 360 from a friend, and the drive has stopped working.  Me being the DIY type, and having the warranty already having expired, I replaced the drive.  I still have the same problem.
The drive makes the sounds it should make, but the drive barely moves.  I know it can't be a problem with the drive, because I have already tried 2, so can any one help me fix this issue?

Does the drive make a sound like it's opening but getting caught in something? I have this same problem, and I doubt this will work for you, but try holding down the right (or left if that doesn't work) side of the drive for maybe a half second then let off. I find that works because my drive seems to be oriented slightly ajar of where it should be. 
 
I don't know a thing about hardware so I'm probably wrong (and you've made it sound much more serious by already having replaced the drive once).

Thanks for the idea, but it didn't do anything.  While I was testing this, however, I noticed that I can hear the tray move, but the white front piece on the tray does not move at all.
Any other ideas?

I opened up the drive, and it now opens, but I get the Open Drive error.  I have cleaned the drive, and adjusted the pots, any other suggestions?
