EDIT: i should of looked more before posting. it seems i can through the x360 but i need the password so i'm pretty much fucked. i'll get a mod to lock this.   
 
i've been using the same email address for years now and one day i can't sign in using my password. someone changed the password so i assume it was stolen. while i don't really care about the actual email anymore, i'm more concerned about my live account.  
 
when i tried to download the free SFIV costume pack today, xbox.com prompted me to enter my email info but since it was stolen.. there's no way i can access my account through xbox.com which means i can't download the free content.  
 
my question is, is there any way for me to change the email address linked to my live account through my xbox 360? i can't log in through xbox.com so i can't change the email address there, so i'm a bit curious if there's any way to even change it.
