If anyone is still interested in this game and thinking about pre-ordering, cdwow are selling the PC version a lot cheaper than most new retail PC games. I've used cdwow about a dozen times and have had no problem with them - their delivery is a little slow though, but it's free.

Hm, that's actually quite cheap o_o I assume they are aware that they need to lower the price in order to get people interested. 
 
I'm prepared for the game to be mediocre, but I don't think I can pass this game up, especially when it's so cheap.  Having said that though, I still want to check out reviews first, So I think I'll pass on pre-ordering. I'll probably Steam it anyway.
