    Overview

Arcade is a villain of the Marvel Comics universe. A hitman for hire, his method of killing revolves around the design and construction of an elaborate facility called Murderworld, disguised as an amusement park and loaded with death traps. He tailors Murderworld with traps designed specifically to take advantage of his targets, but intentionally does not make them foolproof. He prefers to give his opponents a legitimate chance, however small, of escape.

    In Video Games

Arcade's earliest appearance in video games was in the title X-Men: Madness in Murderworld in 1989. In 1992, he appeared as the primary villain in Spider-Man and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge. Since then, his roles in games have been minor in titles like Marvel Ultimate Alliance and the Marvel Trading Card Game. An alternate version of Arcade appears in the 2099 era in the DS version of Spider-Man: Edge of Time.
