Bundle seems like a good deal if it's true.

I think Kinect will end up being bundled with a game.  Either that or you may end up being able to buy a Dance central game with the kinect.  I would buy that in a heartbeat.

I think the $199 version of the 360 Slim will include wifi but the difference will be the hard drives:

• No hard drive included
• Smaller, 60gb or 120gb hard drive included

I think Kinect will sell for $139 or $129. After all the negative reactions to the $150 price point Microsoft would be silly not to drop it a little unless they really don't have any more flexibility on margins at all.

I wouldn't mind a 60-80GB model being released for $199, i'd buy that.
 
I don't need 250GB of space seeing i only install the game i'm currently playing on my HDD and i only have 20 or so XBLA games. 

I still like how Microsoft approached their red ring problem.

Hopefully the fact that they've gotten rid of those LED's is a sign that they've finally completely solved what causes RROD.

I might be imagining things, but I'd swear that Microsoft announced that they'd be bundling Kinect + 250gb 360 for $399 or was that Sony?  I wouldn't be surprised to see Kinect + Arcade Slim for $299. 
 
What I would be interested in knowing is how much memory the new slim will come with.  If it comes with any, even if it's just a 16gb flash card, I could see them dropping the Elite Slim and having three pricepoints: 
$199 Slim, $299 Slim+Kinect, $399 Elite+Kinect. 
 
Multiple SKUs at the same price point (my assumed $299 kinect bundle and the 250gb Elite) would be a bad move

The $199 unit will be a stripped down version without the internal wi-fi and a smaller hdd (or no hdd at all).

News is interesting!

I really, really hope they ship a Slim 360 with a smaller hard drive for $200. That way, it'll come with the proprietary HDD case and I can slap my illicit 250 gig drive in from my current 360 for cheap.

They need to lower the pricing of Kinect, even if it means that they're losing money. I have a feeling that the technology might be too far beyond its time to be commercially profitable. Still, I'll wait until Microsoft announces its price tag and that hopefully third parties start developing genuinely good games for the hardware. 
 
Also I wonder how they're going to work out with the Xbox 360 Slim arcade. They'll probably need to ship with a small HDD since there's a stockpile of older 360s left to be sold.

150 seems way too expensive. It's a very tough sell.

Are those 120gig xbox360slims they saw at best buy what they'll sell for 199?  Did they accidentally ship some early?

Back when it was called Project Natal they said that they would have a 360/Natal bundle coming. 
But when they changed the name I was sure it wasn't gonna happen!

The only way I'll get a Kinect is either: less than $100 or a good bundle. 

It appears as if Microsoft will do the sensible thing and offer Xbox 360 bundles with its hands-free Kinect controller, as well as possibly offer a $199 version of the sleeker and sexier redesigned Xbox 360--if a leaked internal Q&A has it right.
