Thursday Night Throwdown 05/05: DiRT 2

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in the most culturally appropriate way possible: hooning your fool heart out in DiRT 2!

Codemasters is revving up for more super-sloppy off-road action with the upcoming release of DiRT 3, and what better way to brush up on your power-slides than with its really excellent predecessor, DiRT 2? I can't think of any, so that's exactly what we'll be doing on this week's Thursday Night Throwdown!

If you want to get in on the action, send a friend request to GBTNT on the Xbox 360, and we'll see you out on the track starting tomorrow at 4PM PDT. Until then, get pumped up with over six minutes of pure, uncut, pharmaceutical-grade hooning!

Only have it on the PC, as it seems do a lot of people in this thread.  Might be worth playing it on the PC instead/in addition to the 360 version.

Because DiRT 2 is GFWL do I just add GBTNT on Xbox.com so they are on my GFWL friends list?

It's what i did, will have to see if that works or not or if they are using some other method in playing the PC version.

GFWL is the only way to do matchmaking; hopefully this doesn't get too confusing between which players are on 360 and which are on PC. I know I got a 360 invite earlier as it was asking me to "put the disk in", even when I was already playing DiRT 2 on the PC.
