We're moving the site over to some bigger, better, and more badass servers tonight. Andy, being the sort of dude who's up late anyway, has agreed to hold off on the switch until 10PM Pacific Standard Time. At that time, you might not be able to access the site for a bit. Since we're cutting over to some new boxes (THAT'S BIG BOY TALK RIGHT THERE), it's dependent on your DNS server and how quickly it updates to point at the new boxes.
When you're in the Internet business, you get to call computers "boxes" and you feel real tough while you do it. The site may be down for 30 minutes, but it might take a few hours for you to see the site again.
10PM Pacific is around six hours from now, so prepare yourself for the coming, but temporary darkness. If you are in an extreme situation and absolutely must read words that we've written, I recommend the Twitter feeds of myself, Brad, and Ryan. Vinny still hasn't caved yet, but I expect we'll wear him down soon enough. God, Twitter's like all of the things that make text messages awesome combined with the narcissism that comes with saying things publicly. It's so horrible, yet so addictive.
