XBLA "House Party" Games Dated And Priced

Is there any special deal for this "House Party" thing, like if you buy 3 games, you get some points back, or anything like that?  Or is this just some stupid branding thing?

I've never played Torchlight but the pc version seemed to get great praise so i'm really looking forward to picking it up for the 360. Actually kinda disappointed it isn't being released earlier. Not sure about the other games though.

Can't wait to play Hard Corps:Uprising.

I'll be grabbing Beyond Good & Evil on PSN. Anyone know when it's coming to PSN ?

Thankfully I got Torchlight dirt cheap on Steam during christmas, might have been tempted otherwise
