    Asherah appears in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey as a level 58 demon of the Lady race. She is depicted as a slumped female figure with pendulous breasts and white skin covered by a series of rectangular markings. In her left hand is placed a flint dagger, possibly in reference to her ancient, pre-monotheistic stature.

    Asherah is first encountered in sector Fornax as the exalted form of Asura (a nod to the dubious etymological relation between the two), obstructing the way to her mother, Tiamat. She extols the powers of destruction as a means of rejuvenation before being dispatched by the protagonist, afterwards lamenting her fate and uttering a brief warning to her mother.

    She may later be fused with a combination of Asura and Valkyrie.

    Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Mokushiroku

    Asherah first appeared as a demon belonging to the Lady race in the 1997 release of Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Mokushiroku.
