Mono was the only mode where I really felt like Audio Surf was translating my music into the course in a meaningful capacity.
Hopefully Mono Returns.

Everybody played Audiosurf. Can you dial down your cooler-than-you-are condescension a little bit in future news and reviews, Alex?
Good thing Alex is still here to write stuff for the site. The rest of the guys seem occupied with.. well, business stuff or something. I hope this week will be better and less hectic for the guys.
Oh and great for fans of Audiosurf, I guess. I always felt it was a little too much of a distraction from the actual music, but maybe I had to "get into it" and just couldn´t do it.

Dude, he was mostly kidding. That's how Alex writes. Don't take shit so seriously.
"Probably never played"? Eat a dick, whoever those people are!
With love, high-score-champion of Girls' Generation - Vitamin.
Since its made with Unity I hope they actually release an Android/iOS version. I can see the game being pretty cool to play on a tablet.

I haven't, nor do I know anyone who has.
It has sold extremely well on Steam. Who you personally do or don't know is irrelevant.

With almost 2,000 forum posts and loads of Xbox achievements it's time to expand your gaming horizons my friend and pick up a PC capable of running games like this, beat hazard and the dozens and dozens of great indies that come out every year. Shed your console overlords, break free of the bonds that shackle you, open a Steam account and buy everything during the Summer Sale and REJOICE FOR THOU WILL HATH FOUND THE PROMISED LAND.

Your speech alone has convinced me to buy it.
May start with Beat Hazard so I can hold off switching to Windows for as long as possible.

Beat Hazard is one of my favorite games... you will not be disappointed! And hopefully you don't have a seizure.
RDIO or Spotirfy should build this into their desktop clients. Audiosurf is such a blast, but I am moving away from using Mp3s stored on my hard drive for my music.
Strangely, Audisurf currently stands as the Steam game I've spent the most time playing, so... neat!
I think a lot more people played this game then you think Alex. It was one of my favorites for a long time. Excited for this new one!
dont worry alex its literally your job to do exactly this...spread the word about interesting things we care about but didn't know. its your job to be everyones interesting friend they wish they knew hahaha
I put over 50 hours on the original Audiosurf, and I loved every last minute of it. If this newest one ever gets released on the Mac, I will buy this day one (since my iMac has a beefier graphics card and processor compared to my older PC).
