    Overview

    Avatar Fear is an adventure game developed and published by Rendercode Games for Xbox 360 (Xbox Live Indie Games).

    Gameplay

    In Avatar Fear players use their Xbox Live Avatars to explore a Mayan temple in order to find a set number of artifacts. When starting the game the number of artifacts is a number between 10 and 24. The difficulty level chosen determines the amount of artifacts. The game can be played single player or up to 4 players online.

    Players are only equipped with a torch while walking around the temple. There is a sprint button that allows the player to run for a short amount of time. While exploring the temple players are being hunted by an ancient temple guardian. If players are caught by the guardian they will die. If a player dies in an online game they can watch the rest of the game in a free control camera.
