Something about Arkham City has been bugging me lately, but it was only until a few days ago when I finally realized what was the issue. I've noticed that one of the game's villains, Two Face, looks different than his Arkham Asylum counterpart.

The most obvious example is the hairstyle, with AA's Two Face having a rather rich, white-coloured haircut, while the same character from Arkham City has the 'evil' side of his head bald.

Do you guys think it was just overlooked? They propably spend a lot of time thinking about Two Face's design in  Arkham City, so a mistake would be unlikely, but hey, they're also human.

I don't think it was a mistake.  If you look some of the character bios in Arkham Asylum for characters in that game, almost none of them look like they do in the game.  They redesign just about all the villains for their game I assume.

Does Two-Face just buy clothes that are cut straight down the middle, or has he not changed since the accident?

I thought the bio pics were more based off the comics, with some of the bios pics for in game characters looking different to the character models? For example Harley Quinn was in her traditional attire.

Well one was just a picture for the bio and the new one is an actuall model and im pretty sure they chose the new look to fit the game and not the picture from the bio.
    Is it really bothering you?

Character art in the Bio pages of Arkham Asylum did not reflect how their in-game models looked or would've looked like.

@Mr_Skeleton: It's not really bothering me, but I thought of AA's character bios as Batman 'personal encyclopedia' of sorts (it had the patient interviews, for example, which would be kinda for this theory). But yeah, I guess it's actually more of a bonus with the info based on the comics.

Wait, aren't you people being bothered that he's obviously holding that gun in his left hand in the AA pick, but he's really  right handed? What the fuck people!

    @tiwi:
I'm more confused at how he would have gotten a hold of the suit he was wearing at the time of his burning accident, since that's what he seems to be wearing.  If it's not that suit in particular, did he have another suit burned so he could wear it?

Aren't the images in those bios taken from the comics?  They were not meant to be final character designs for the video games.

Also: shouldn't Two Face be unable to see with his left eye? Since he doesn't have a left eyelid it would be pretty difficult for him to get his eye moist enough to be able to see.

Eyedrops bro, some fucking Visine up in this bitch. And yeah, the suit probably melted onto his skin so he never took it off.

It is a copy of the Christopher Nolan design (not a bad thing) but the suit being burnt  instead of split in two also suggest he is a more serious character.

It's probably not a mistake, they just wanted to make him look like the Dark Knight Two Face. The picture of two face in Arkham Asylum was equivalent to concept art, which can greatly differ from the final product.

Mm. The thing that pisses me off (very slightly) about this design is that he's wearing the same suit, presumably, that he suffered his accident in.

Has he never changed his clothes?

The thing that is wierd about this version of Two Face is that his arm is burnt as well which suggest they have changed his origin for this game to be more like the Nolan films, the burnt suit really doesn't make much sense considering he is more of a mob boss now.
