@JasonR86: Yeah, I wasn't disagreeing with you about Alien. I think when it comes to this film, you'll have to look at it differently, and at the same time, not relate it to all of those other non-scary thrasher-like films where they show the bad guy a lot. It's also not just, or not so much about the foe, but about the situation alone.

@JasonR86: You can't really see it though, you can only see its feet. I don't think Alien was even that scary, I just love it because it's a fantastic sci-fi. I mean, I don't watch the Alien films because I want to watch a horror film, it's because I want to watch a sci-fi. Anyways, I'll agree, but I think this film has new tricks that'll work just as effectively.

@TheHT: Ha ha, yeah. Hey, I just found out that the film pre-sold 18,827 tickets in London for IMAX. It broke the record. Also, I was just listening to the soundtrack, and a song called "Friend from the past" is a remake from the theme song of Alien. Holy crap, this is so good. Every little bit is getting me so excited.

I was thinking it was just android blood, like when Bishop cuts his finger when doing his knife trick, then goes back to sit down and is looking at his finger with white blood coming out, but what you're saying makes more sense I guess.
