    Battle Gear 3 is a Japanese exclusive racing game developed and published by Taito (PS2 port developed by by Nex Entertainment) for the Arcade and PlayStation 2 platforms.

    Battle Gear 3 contains many cars from multiple real life Japanese car manufacturers.

    Battle Gear 3 Tuned

    On December 15th, 2003 an updated version of the game was released titled Battle Gear 3 Tuned. This updated version used the Namco System 246 arcade hardware.

    The additions to this version of the game included 1 new game mode, new tracks, and new cars, including those that were added in the PS2 version of the game.
