Based in Bay City, the fictional California city made its introduction to the world in the hit television series Starsky & Hutch. With locales varying from vast beaches to crammed in industrial sections, Bay City is above all a 25 square mile city of diversity.
Whilst most of its population live in peace, however, there are few towns in America that are a more attractive resort for criminals. With seedy back alleys and underground clubs alike, Bay City proves it's contrast in all sorts of extremes, within its people, places and attitudes. Sunny and bright for the most part, the 70's architecture, bland but strong emits a certain level of quiet ambience which the criminal scum of the city seem intent on breaking. And the criminals range from homebrewed thug to master thieves looking for an exotic location for their next hit.
Something these petty pillagers didn't count on however, were Dave Starsky and Ken 'Hutch' Hutchinson; the two cops and their famous Ford Gran Torino tearing through the streets, lamp-posts and conveniently stacked up boxes, ready for a new day and to take down any of the ne'er-do-wellers in their way. Although the criminals were expecting to break up the normality of Bay City's citizens, they didn't anticipate quite the band Starsky and Hutch would bring with them!
