What do you think it is? Fallout?
Basically has morse code going and a 26 day countdown. Whether it's real or not can be debated. But the owner is listed as ZeniMax Media.

26 days? When are these spike awards again?
Give me Fallout 4 you beautiful bastards. I hope it's real. On a new next gen engine.
Oh god yes. Fallout 3/NV was so ugly and so janky. Fallout 3 was probably the first time I had ever seen a console game crash and it had done so repeatedly.

It's so due for them to move off Gamebryo. I expect their games to always be buggy because of their scope but they can start looking a lot better and maybe be less buggy.
Obviously I won't want to see Gamebryo limping it's broke ass onto next gen platforms.

I expect a Creation Engine 2 more than a brand new engine.
@slaegar: just say no to gamebryo, pretty excited to see what they will do with next gen fallout!
Get cracking on that morse code someone. It's hurting my ears ;_;
Edit: MP3.
I dunno I think Bethesda miss the mark with fallout 3/NV. I am not really looking forward to more from them.
So Fallout 3/NV take place between 2278-2281. Which would put this right in the timeline perfectly.... please let this be real....
Brink 2
:(
Oh man. If this is Fallout this will be the first game announcement in a very long time to get me excited.
Well, it links to an official Fallout website...
Sigh, maybe I should finally get around to playing FO3...
Did a WhoIs lookup on the site, it appears to be registered in Poland, so take that what you will
Where are you finding that? My whois lookup everywhere gives me

Jesus. That scared the shit out of me. Why are my speakers up so loud?
Literally the exact same thing happened to me.
@krullban: There are two IP addresses listed on who.is; one of them (199.15.249.30) traces to Baltimore, but the other (5.133.13.121) traces to Poland. In addition, pinging the site comes up with an address (d13121.vibiznes.pl) that links to a Polish internet hosting site. Since it seems highly doubtful that an American company making a game set in America would be using a sketchy-looking Polish service (the front page of the site has fucking Lorem Ipsum placeholder text on it) to host a website to announce said game, it's fake. I'd love to be proven wrong, but all signs point to it being a hoax. Some asshole with too much time on his hands wanted to fuck with people, as people on the internet are so wont to do.
@banefirelord: Or they're just hosting it in the US and Europe for load-balancing purposes. Can't say it's fake or real either way right now. Let's just wait until the 11th of December.
I would be more excited if Skyrim wasn't left in a weird limbo where it would really benefit from one final patch to fix the lip and face issues and bring it up to 2.0. Whether this is fake or not, we should start hearing about what the hell Bethesda is up to next sooner rather than later I guess.
It's Fallout 4, and I welcome Bethesda in their attempt to make the same kind of progression that Skyrim had from Oblivion.
Also, when South Park flops Obsidian can make another superior psuedo-sequel with better writing and more balanced gameplay, but like 3x the bugs at launch.
So looking at the source code on the site, there are some img tags that link to prepareforthefuture.com, which redirects to fallout.bethsoft.com....
Fuck. Yes.
EDIT: Also, their stylesheet references fallout.css. Again - Fuck. Yes.
Beat me to it.

I think Bethesda and Obsidian are on the same level when it comes to buggy games.
