Here is a link to two new videos of some very heavy rainy looking section and another showing the combat. The combat is not qte based prompts on screen style. It's basically when someone attacks you, the game will go into slow motion and you have to push in the way the punch is coming from.

Sounds good. Seeing the button prompts in Heavy Rain kind of took the player's attention away from the action that was going on. The scene itself really didn't matter in combat as it all depended on you hitting the right button at the time. This will make us react and do stuff based on what's actually going on, like blocking and dodging in the right directions and so forth without a huge flashing prompt on-screen.

I wondering how this game will be received. Naturally it'll be compared to Heavy Rain on every turn. I'm glad the supernatural elements are back in the mix. I get the feeling a lot of people are watching this, but that there isn't really any hype. Maybe that's a good thing.

Looks good. I'm a big fan of both Fahrenheit and Heavy Rain so I'm looking forward to this

I am one of the rare people who really like heavy rain! i know crazy right. and loved Fahrenheit so after watching those videos i am now getting quiet excited for this game now .

the new systems look very cool compared to last two games and i like how the story is shaping up a bit more of a Fahrenheit vibe.

The thoughts system is what made Heavy Rain's story a laughable mess

I was under the impression that most people liked Heavy Rain, but weren't afraid to point out its shortcomings either.

Heavy Rain was definitely a fun experience and the thought system was really good. The story had huge plot holes but hey all in all I thought it was pretty alright. That level in the murderers apartment, that was pretty dang intense

I did not know that Willem Defoe is in this game. Maybe it's because I just watched Platoon, but I'm 1000% more excited about this game now.

A must get game for me.

One of the rare games last generation where people both liked it and criticized it at the same time. Didn't get the usual best/worst game ever treatment. Was refreshing.
