    Bill & Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure is one of multiple unrelated games based on the popular Bill & Ted franchise. The 1991 NES game is an action-adventure game, and a continuation of the first film.

    Story

    Bill and Ted's mentor, Rufus explains that various historical figures have been misplaced throughout time, and it is their job to help them get to their correct time period. Bill and Ted work separately, and control alternates between the duo.

    Gameplay

    Bill and Ted are alternately controlled throughout various time periods. Exploration, finding and using items, and minor combat are critical to winning.
