Here is a video I have created about getting the Activate Termination Protocol achievement for BlazBlue.  I was playing around trying to get this achievement and I stumbled across this easy way to do it.  I hope this video will help you guys out.  This should also work on the PS3 version of the game.

Helpful for those who don't want to mess with the Jump, down C method after the forward C. I already did, and it was a bit tricky. That looked much easier.

But, man, get yourself a fighting pad! The analog stick looks harsh on this game D:

I know.  :-(  I really should get a fight pad, especially for this game.

Wait how did you do it in training? I'm on the PS3 version and I can't do any trophies in training.

Hmm, apparently. I easily just did a 60 hit combo with Nu, and I didn't get it.

Wow, that's lame.  When you are doing combos with her, is the hit count going gray?

@solidsnake360: Kk.  If I can do it on 360, then you should be able to do it on PS3.

Confirmed working on PS3!  I just did it!  You can do about 3 or 4 Achievements/Trophies in Training Mode, just not many of them.  This is one of them that you can do in Training Mode.

The reason why this method works:
    1. Legacy Edge is a 22 hit auto-combo x 2 = 44 hits
    2. Forward + C = 8 hits
    3. Down + C = 8 hits
    4. 44 + 16 = 60 Hit Combo!
@JJOR64: Thanks for this so much man.! :D  Works perfectly and is really simple!

@solidsnake360: Make sure you hit Tager with the Down + C before he touches the ground, but not too early while in the air.  Even it if says "60 Heat" doesn't mean you got a 60 Hit Combo.  Fighting a Training Dummy that doesn't recover or block is not the same as a real person.

Holy crap... That was easy and it worked. Thanks, and sorry for the false alarm.
