There is a free Avatar prop associated with Block Party, a grill.  The code is unlocked by downloading the trial versions of all four games.  The code unlocks in the marketplace in pieces.  You get one piece each time you download a demo (playing isn't necessary).    The code is the same for everyone though (9XBXP - 9RCD9 - 9BCK9 - 9PRTY - 9RCKZ).   This was a limited time offer, this code no longer works.
