      Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem - In one of the chapter the main character starts hallucination one of these hallucinations makes the sound of the TV go down and shows a BSoD on screen.
    • Halo 2 - Inside the multiplayer map "Zanzibar", a large doorway allowing easy access to a base can be opened through a computer terminal inside the base. After the terminal has been activated, a BSoD will appear with many humorous messages on it.
    • Halo 3 - A slightly modified version of the BSoD can be seen on two computers in the multiplayer map "Construct".
    • Half Life 2 - The BSoD appears on some of the monitors in the game.
    • Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines - Outside of the Nosferatu hideout under the streets of Hollywood is a blue screen of death.
    • Left 4 Dead - The BSoD can be seen on computer screens in the "No Mercy" campaign.
