A fighting game character whose move set is based around charging (holding back for 30 frames, then forward + attack)

Whole levels dedicated to the industrial theme. These levels resemble factories or other industrial areas, and are often filled with conveyor belts, tesla coils and other contraptions.
A move used in a lot of games where the standing/moving attacker spins upon himself, damaging the surrounding enemies.
