Balmora is a city located on the isle of Vvardenfell in the province of Morrowind. It's one of the largest cities on Vvardenfell, and one of the key locations in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Cyrodiil is a province in central Tamriel. It is home to a well-spoken race of humans known as the Imperials. Also, the setting for The Elder Scrolls IV:Oblivion.
Home to the Dunmer and presided over by the tribunal gods, Imperial provincial rule, and the three Great Houses of Morrowind.
Nirn is a High-Fantasy setting that encompasses all thirteen Elder Scrolls games. It was first introduced in "Arena."
The most dangerous region on the continent of Vvardenfell. Separated from the rest of the continent by means of a magical fence, the place is riddled with lava, blighted creatures as well as the mutated minions of Dagoth Ur.
The largest city and capital of Cyrodiil. Circular in shape, and located on City Isle in the middle of Lake Rumare.
Vvardenfell is an island in the province of Morrowind. The natives are Dark Elves, whom are divided into six different houses (clans). It appears as a central location for players to explore in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (wherein it first appeared); it also appears in The Elder Scrolls Online as part of the expansion pack titled 'Morrowind'.
