    Overview

Julian Gregory Day aka Calender Man is a genius and a psychopath (like Hannibal Lecter) . His crimes always revolves around a holiday or event in the Gregorian  Calendar. According to Doctor Hugo Strange, Calender Man suffers from schizotypal personality disorder.

In the comic books, Calendar Man makes his debut in The Long Halloween, a Batman story arch written by Jeph Loeb. In the comic, Batman is on the trail of a killer and gets help from Calendar Man while he is incarcerated at Arkham Asylum. Within the comic, the relationship between Batman and Calendar Man is akin to the relationship between Clarice Starling and Hannibal Lecter in the film Slience of the Lambs.

    The 'Batman: Arkham' Games

Calender Man himself does not appear in Arkham Asylum, however, his cell can be found and provides the answer to one of the Riddler puzzles. The cell is empty, with the walls being covered with the pages of calenders.

Calender Man's first full in-game appearance is in  Batman: Arkham City where Two Face has imprisoned him beneath the Arkham City courthouse. When visited on certain dates on the calender, Calender Man will describe to Batman a murder he committed on that day.
