The fifth generation of Chevrolet's Camaro coupe first debuted in 2006 as a concept. It was approved for production after overwhelming public response and the production version was introduced in 2009 as a 2010 model year vehicle. The new Camaro is available with a V6 or V8 engine and also lets you choose between a manual or automatic transmission. For 2011, Chevrolet unveiled the Camaro convertible, which the public first saw as a concept vehicle in 2007.
