A utopian society is often considered a 'perfect' world, although it can also can be seen as a society better or more desirable than ones in the present. Often used as a plot device to show that a world isn't all that it may seem.
Vehicular combat combines driving and combat to form a unique fast paced action game. Many games are purely vehicular combat based (e.g. Twisted Metal or Vigilante 8) or can contain have sections for such combat (e.g. Halo or Mass Effect).
War is a series of organized conflicts carried on by force of arms between two or more nations or groups. Whether it never changes or has already changed is up for debate.
A gang in Saints Row who like fast cars. They come from the suburbs and seem to be geting more organised than a gang of young punks should be.

World Building games focus on the ability of the player to created his own little world just as he wants it. Good examples, are The Sims, Black and White, and Spore.
Zombies, more accurately called the walking dead, are reanimated corpses who feed on the living, and have become a ubiquitous video game enemy. They often move slowly, but can be deadly in large numbers, which is unfortunately how they tend to travel. Shotgun time!
Dogs that are undead, or possibly infected by a virus in some cases. They have been a video game staple since Splatterhouse.
