Steam has a weekend deal where Counter Strike Source is 50% off, Thats $9.99 and Counter Strike Complete pack is 14.99 which includes: Cs 1.6, Condition Zero and source. That is a pretty good deal.

If you're really tight for money, I'd say it isn't worth getting all three. Source is basically 1.6 with better graphics (hardcore gamers will contest this, because there are a few minor gameplay changes), and everyone has told me that Condition Zero sucks.
