Blackburn is first shown in a car murdering a prostitute. After killing her, he goes to a skyscraper where he murders some people there and leave. Next, he goes to the house of his former partner, Pedro, and holds him at gunpoint. While doing so, Blackburn reveals to him that he murdered all of Pedro's relatives, before killing Pedro.

Lastly, he is confronted by Dan Smith, the man whom he taught about being an assassin and murders him. Blackburn loses the fight and is killed.

Curtis Blackburn is voiced by Alistair Duncan.
