Damsel is a very angry, blunt Brujah anarch dressed in a military Che Guevara style outfit. She will initially taunt the player and be unwilling to engage in a proper conversation but if you complete her quest line she will open up more (depending on your stats and if you are playing a male character she will flirt slightly with you).
She can be found in the Last Round with the other anarchs, upstairs across from Nines. One of Gary Golden's poster quests will result in player receiving a tasteful topless poster of Damsel for their haven.
