If you follow Brad on twitter you know that the press recently got access to the PC version. Some second hand information is being posted on Neogaf by user Gbraga regarding some of the graphical options:

1080p at 60fps

Several graphics options. Textures, shadows, effects, AA, AO, blur, anisotropic filtering, water quality, depth of field and etc

There's an option that will automatically lower your graphics to mantain performance

Really fast loading times. Don't even have time to read an entire tip

He also said that the lightning looks better on PC but not nearly as good as the TGS and E3 builds of the game. Looks like it was worth the wait, you guys excited?

FOV has nothing to do with keyboard and mouse, the setting is important even if you use a gamepad for both functionality and preferential reasons.

It's rare outside of FPS anyway.

No, the two comments weren't related, hence the "kidding" part that was supposed to separate the two. I remember people being, er, "unhappy" with the KB/M controls in the first Dark Souls on PC.

Buying it the minute it drops. My 360 playthrough has just been practice for the real thing.

i really hope it scales down well. I only got my laptop and I will definitely cry if i boot the game and can't play it.

Good to know that it's a better port than the first game, but then again that's not a very high barrier to overcome. Now I just have to wait for another 3 weeks! Yep. Not going to go totally insane waiting for Dark Souls 2.

It was pretty obvious it still wasn't going to look like the demos, but it's cool to hear you can actually play in 60FPS now without some weird mod and the worry of getting banned for some dumbass reason. But if this turns out to be true, it's a real shame no version looks like what they were showing right up until release, though. Pretty damn lame, From Software.

I'll probably end up buying and playing this again sometime down the line.

Still sucks it isn't like the pre-release stuff. It looked like what the first Dark Souls was supposed to look like.

I hope 1080p at 60fps doesn't mean the resolution is limited to 1080p max. I've gotten used to playing games at 2560x1440 on my big ass monitor.

I just... I finished the game nearly three times now. I will probably have finished it 5-ish times by the time the PC version releases. I think I'll be done for a bit at that point.
