Wow, this will be an....event....to be watched. I have no issues with how the game does what it does. I could wish it was just more open about it by saying, "Hey, this game is what it is, and if you don't like it that's fine too." Sadly, I think that just goes against the Japanese culture, these companies want to avoid conflict not wade into it. And, maybe there is an admirable quality to being overly polite that more Americans could learn from...meaning have your say - but be civil about it.

My main problem with the game is the game isn't very good from most reviews. From what I have heard, it is not a very good volleyball game, its not a very good pool-sports mini-games collection, it not a very good gambling/casino game, and it not even a very good photography of 'hot ladies' game.

I'm not naive enough to think if the game play were different/better there would be no controversy, but I think when you make a game you should make a good game. Their #1 job should have been making a sold framework of games first. Then again does this REALLY matter in teh grand scheme of things...I have no do in the fight to save or justify this game through better game-play or other means. Yet, a decent volleyball game could have been cool.

You don't have to make a good game when the game portion isn't really why people are buying the game. I get what you mean but the people buying this game (correct me if I'm wrong DOAX fans) are buying it to grind out cash via menial tasks to buy new costumes for the girls, then watching them wear said costumes in the following scenes. What purpose would a better game serve? With the general focus of the game being ogling virtual women I highly doubt a better game will do much for it. I certainly wouldn't buy it if it had better volleyball and gambling mechanics they aren't even the real focus.

The Quicklook should be fun, especially if Dan is involved. Now if only Galgun VR Edition existed that would be a Quicklook of a lifetime.

I remember playing an EB Games managers 'demo copy' of the first DoA on PSX. There was a menu, I think it was hidden, where you could crank up the 'bosom physics'. Not very special in these games, but remember this was a EB Games mangers demo - just a plain silver disc- so the fact it had hidden menus at all was sort of weird to start with. My mom thought DoA was hilarious.

I think the real reason people are buying it is simply because it isn't coming to Japan. Hell, even I was looking at the Japanese PSN store going "well, I do have the money..."

I miss the days of Ninja Gaiden Sigma where we had both a great game to play and fabulous boobage to ogle at in the same game! In DOAX3 they want the minigames to be bad so that people will pay real money not to play them.

I know it's gonna be a Jeff and Dan joint, but man, after seeing Drew play that "Tank game" on UPF it made me really wish he was part of this somehow.

I just want the maximum amount of slightly uncomfortable Drew that I can possibly get, it's so good.

The DOAX games have really gone in a direction that I don't fancy at all. With 3 they had the chance to reinvent the series as something akin to Beach Spikers, where your choices during matches could invigorate your relationship with your teammate, rather than this pointless grind and poor minigame collection. I had really hoped for a renewed focus on making it more of a quality casual sports game, now that we don't have a Virtua Tennis or anything like that on the PS4.

There is talk about PSVR support, but if it will be directly for this game, a certain mode in the game or a stand-alone thing entirely remains to be seen. Right now, any VR thing still seems kinda fascinating and new, but I wonder if it'll feel the same 6 months from now.

Do you think they're going to show it?
