The create a combo weapon achievement will not unlock for me, even though I have the create all combo weapons achievement. Every other achievement seems to be working fine, I've tried deleting the game and downloading again but that hasn't worked. I've heard that starting a new save on a memory unit works so I shall try that, I think upgrading from the trial game causes this glitch.
 
Anyone else experienced this or a similar problem?

So clearing the cache then starting a new save using my memory unit sorted out the problem, though it's not an ideal solution for people without a memory unit.

I don't know if it is supposed to work on multiple playthroughs, but it wasn't popping in for me, so I just restarted, then just made all the combo weapons in one run. That worked.

i got the same glitch...DLed the trial, when i got that achievement i bought the full version.

Same problem here.

I just bought the game without the trial and the achievement unlocked for me. I can't get the one for unlocking all of the doors, I've unlocked all 3 and nothing.
