    I'm just wondering if anyone else is getting this error? 
    I live in the netherlands and as far as I know I should be able to download it. I've never had this issue with any other game or demo before.

    Quite annoying. I purchased 1200 ms points so I could get this, and now I can't.. Hopefully it's an error that will soon be resolved.

    I finally solved it by using a vpn.

    This. I live in Dubai, used a UK VPN for my UK account and downloaded it.

    The game is region locked. You can´t have a US account and download from Brazil, for example. Thanks, capcom. >:(
