Was a Prequel to the whole series and had you playing as Sparda, and fighting off the first Demonic armagedon against Mundus. I think it would be cool to see old Centurys old Scenerey and times. Kinda like how they did MGS 3 where you played as Big Boss. The whole game would revolve around Spardas story and maybe say how he met dantes and Vergils mother.
Devil May Cry
Devil May Cry is a well-regarded Japanese action franchise created by Hideki Kamiya and developed by Capcom.
What if Devil May Cry 5...
"lets just hope it is more DMC 3 and less DMC 4"

I think they need to take a long look about where they want to go with a fifth game since it was clearly shown that half way through the game the development team ran out of ideas. It's kinda odd how the DMC games go as in One good one one bad one. DMC 1 was really good but DMC 2 was crappy. DMC 3 was really good but DMC 4 was meh.
" @ImpendingFoil said:Ha ha nice observation but to be honest I didnt hate 4 all that much. It was still alright." The even numbered Devil May Cry games seem to be terrible............ So 5 has to be be good! "so true to point that it seems as though the devil has hand in it...LOL...the curse of the even numbered DMC... "
I think they need to bring back the variety and weaponry (as well as combos) that DMC3 had as Playing as Nero quickly lost it's charm due to repetitiveness.
AND BY GOD, I DO NOT WANT TO FIGHT THE SAME BOSSES 3+ TIMES IN A SINGLE GAME Ugh, It makes it too easy and due to that, lacks variety and makes it broing. Also NO MORE DICE GAMES!! think of some more puzzles!
That said, it was still a good game, but Their needed to be more variety to nero as well as enemies, DMC3 was much better and the music too, 4 was just too repetitive.
....Shall I just say that the first 3 hours of DMC4 was good and the second half of the game was just a repeat.....Yah.
I actually liked DMC4 a lot. I'll admit it did have flaws (repeated boss fights, those damn dices), but it looked great, played great (in my opinion. I liked having a different effect for the arm when you used it on different enemies, and finding the right time to use it on the bosses was a lot of fun), and was suitably insane. It was better than DMC3 in at least one area (music, only because it didn't have lyrics. After nine hours of DMC3, I had heard "feel free to die when you've had enough" to the limits of my endurance).
Anyways, I think that a prequel could be neat, although a DMC game without Dante just isn't the same.
