But if I had to Pick one it would be MAG. Most games I was looking forward to are coming out this year, the rest i already knew were coming out next year.

My list for this year is:
  • Uncharted 2
  • Assassin's Creed 2
  • Dragon Age: Origins ?

My list for next year is:
  • Mass Effect 2
  • Heavy Rain
  • God of War II
  • MAG

I'll have a busy winter. The rest of the game I'll just keep for the summer dry spell.

Visceral Games general manager Glen Schofield and COO Michael Condrey are leaving EA to join forces with Activision. I can't help but feel like this is the latest move in the "War" Activision has with EA over the publishing rights of Brutal Legend. I really wonder what is going on internally with in Activision/Blizzard as they look like they are itching for a fight with Sony and EA. FIrst they treat Sony then they sue EA and now they are taking people away from EA. This is getting insane and its going to get very ugly. This is shaping up to be one of the biggest fights since the Microsoft/Netscape Browser Wars and I think it will get even uglier.

Activision shenanigans Recap;
- Activision and Vivendi Games announce that they are merging to create Activision/Blizzard, one of the biggest Development/Publishing company to date. Through that merger Activision/Blizzard picks up publishing rights to all Vivendi Games and Sierra Entertainment IP's.

- Activision/Blizzard announce that only five games will be publish under their umbrella, effectively dropping publishing support for all the other Vivendi Games and Sierra Entertainment IP's leaving their fate in limbo including a one Brutal Legend.

-  EA picks up the publishing right of Brutal Legend under their EAP plan while the other games go to other publishing house. No word from Activision/Blizzard...YET.

- Activision/Blizzard assert that the deal EA made with Double FIne Production for the publishing of Brutal Legend is invalid as they believe that they were still in negotiation with Double Fine when the deal with EA was struck. It is widely believed that Activision/Blizzard are seeking monetary compensation like the one they got from Atari for the publishing rights of Ghostbusters: The Video Game and The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.

- In the midst of E3 2009 Activision/Blizzard announce that they have filed a law suit against EA in order to prevent the game to be published under EA. In their suit Activision/Blizzard claim that they have invested $15 million in the game and still have valid contract to publish the game. Furthermore Activision/Blizzard claims that Double FIne has missed a deadline last year and asked for an additional $7 million in development funds.

- EA respond to the Activision/Blizzard  law suit by saying " ...Thats would be like a husband abandoning his family then suing them after the wife finds a better looking guy." while Tim Schafer had this to say "Hay, If Activision liked it, then they should have put a ring on it."

- Activision CEO Bobby Kotick openly threatens Sony by saying in the The Times that "They have to cut the price, because if they don't, the attach rates are likely to slow. We might have to stop supporting Sony."

- Sony's head honcho Howard Stringer response to Bobby Koticks's remarks by saying "He likes to make a lot of noise."

- Infinity Ward's community manager Robert Bowling posts pictures of Modern Warfare PC and 360 copies "hot off the press". PS3 version "strangely" missing. Some time later Robert Bowling posts a video of the three different editions of the game, PS3 still no show.

Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey of Visceral Games, Formally known as EA Redwood Shores, are leaving EA to join Activision. In al probability they will manage and operate Activision's newly formed San Francisco bay area studio.

Personally I really can't wait to see what's next in this saga.

*sorry for my bad grammar.

Robert Englund will not reprise his role as Freddy krueger in the new Nightmare on Elm Street reboot. Jackie Earle Haley, who played Rorschach in The Watchmen, will take over the role of the iconic serial killer. The film makers also chose to not have Wes Craven as a consultant for the film. The film will be directed by Samuel bayer who is best known for directing the "Smells Like Teen Spirit" music video. The film will be produced by Michael Bay's company Platinum Dunes and its set to be released on April 16th 2010.

I grow up with the films and I still remember the frights they gave me as a child and the many sleepless  nights I had because of them. I bare deep love for that film series so what I am about to say comes from the bottom of my heart.

Michael Bay, I  hate you and everything you do and will do in future. I hope you get raped by by a group of rabid dogs. First you ruin The Texas Chainsaw Massacre with not one but two crappy reboots, then you ass rape the Hitcher, then you put your paws on Friday The 13th and for the grand finale you will kill The Birds. Luckily Alfred Hitchcock is not alive to witness his movie being run over by your production company. I am just so sick of having to watch my favorite horror movies being whored out to him and his production company.

Just to clarify. I am not against remakes of old horror movies, I am against Michael Bay having anything to do with those remakes. I thought that remake for The Hills Have Eyes was decent and very much enjoys the remake of Last House on the Left.

Battlestar Galactica

For this great show I think that an Combat Flight Simulator the style of Ace Combat and HAWX  will be loads of fun. Those Raptor are highly maneuverable and since most of the combat is in space the tricks you can preform with you raptor can really be amazing. I would love to be apart in some of the memorable combats they had throughout the series like:  The initial attack on the 12 colonies, the tiring combat they faced in "33" and the attack on the resurrection ship to name a few.
The second type of game that can work is a Mass effect type of RPG. There is so much depth to that universe that many stories were left untold.

Blade Runner

As a huge fan of that movie I think that a psychological mystery/dark thriller game would be very interesting. I remember how much I loved the pervious game in the Blade Runner universe, from the now defunct Westwood Studios, and playing it numerous time to see the all of the 13 different endings. The major problem with that game was that you never fully immerse your self in the game world as the game was basically moving your character from one scenery to the next and some of the NPC's were not fully developed and just ended up being  2 dimensional, those of you who played the game will understand.
With the great progress video games made since the this game came out in 1997 I think its about time we have another great game that explores the dark, rainy and polluted world of Los Angeles 2019. Ideas for the games can range from investigation the fate of Deckard and Rachel, how the tyrell corporation handled the death of its enigmatic leader and the repercussions of his death, hunting down the mysterious "missing" sixth replicant that is alluded to by Captain Bryant in the movie and much much more.

I would love to hear your input on this matter and if you feel the same as I do.

I have two. The first one was in the dentist office when you find the tonic and the audio recording on the table and when I turned around the splicer was right there in front of me just looking at me, actually made me jump sooooooo creepy. The second one and by far the best one is when you find out the true meaning of "Would You Kindly".
