    Seriously.  Im 13 hours in, and I really can't figure it out (whether its cause I'm stupid or the method is arcane remains to be seen), and I really really really just want to give Morrigan her damn book already.

    1. Go to inventory. 
    2. Flip to Morrigan. 
    3. Hold right-click and use the gifting command.

    At any rate if you are on the 360 and not the PC... go into your inventory, navigate to the character you want to give a gift to, navigate to the gift and you will see an option below the inventory list to "give as gift" or something of the like. On the 360 I believe you hit "X" on the gift to give it.

    You can also drag the gift from the inventory window and drop it on the character display by opening your inventory, clicking the left/right arrows until you're on the hero you want to give the gift to, and then just drag and drop.
