If I want to play this game solo would it still be a good buy?

Yea duder, I haven't played online yet and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. You can fill out your party with ai characters or you can fly solo if that's your bag.

Depending on your familiarity with other recent Dragonball games, this could eat up a significant chunk of your free time. It's basically Destiny + Dragonball Z.

It's definitely a lot more fun when you're playing with friends though. Too bad the majority of the times I've tried playing online co-op have been completely unplayable due to lag.

But yeah, for a solo experience there's still definitely enough content to keep you busy and enjoy.

Exactly. You an replay stuff over and over with different line ups and there's new snippets of dialogue. Plus, everytime you replay one on the Parallel Quests you have the potential to unlock more gear that was worn by characters from the series. There are some deep cuts to, I'm currently rockin the outfit Turles wears with the sunglasses the World Tournament announcer has on.

It's a pretty good game.

I played solo and got to about lvl 50 and hit a wall. Its an awesome and well made game but after letting it dominate my free time for a week I had enough. With friends who knows.
