Last Guardian, Vanquish, FF13v, Mass effect 3, dragon age 2 are the only ones I'm interested in, I'll most likely play all of them anyway so I don't really care if they're there or not, any footage of Last Guardian will probably spoil me, any cgi trailers from ff13v will probabaly show too much of the story and scenes, like they did with KH2, but I'd like to see more combat mechanics of Vanquish and perhaps a demo.
Other than that, new IPs please, don't give a crap over existing IPs I've played this gen other than the ones I mentioned above.
There's a lot of stuff I'd love to see but I'm not so sure it'll make an appearance. As far as stuff that's announced it's Last Guardian, Gran Turismo 5, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Little Big Planet 2, Killzone 3, Syndicate, Metal Gear Rising... There are other games I'm more interested in but I already know all I need to know.
I'm really curious to see what Nintendo's doing to re-invent Zelda. Other than that, looking forward to Valve's surprise and hoping to see some Last Guardian. I might actually get a chance to attend e3, so if any of those were also playable on the floor it'd be even better (though that's not likely)
