I'm slightly confused by this only because I wanna shoot for the Platinum on this but does completing The House Always Wins lock out Render Unto Caeser and Wild Card and vice versa depending on which route you take?

You may have to strategically use your saves...meaning, go one way, go back to the save, then go the other way. Or, you could be a purist and go one way, all the way, and start a new game.

those are the main quest lines, you know; There's one for NCR that's called For the Republic, I believe.
 
I would recommend wild card but that's just me :v
