    I've been trying to get Arcade Gannon to give me the quest, but he won't talk to me about himself anymore. I'm accepted with the followers of the apocalypse and I'm not sure how to get him to talk about himself anymore. Any tips?

    SPOILER WARNING: Click here to reveal hidden content.   If you haven't been able to get this to trigger, it did so for me after killed Mr. House for the NCR and spoke with Colonel Moore.  It didn't trigger before this, even after I did basically everything to gain Arcade's trust (went to the downed vertibird, went to The Fort just to "check it out", went to Van Graff's etc.).  His dialogue suggests that this quest will only trigger once you kill or disable Mr. House.
