I haven't have much time to play and the day I decide to start going crazy and, spend 6 and a half hours playing, my game froze and when I restarted my save was corrupted, just wanted to know if anyone else have this happen.

I haven't played it yet but, I've heard of stories of this happening quite a few times. I'm sure you can find more info on this in the Fallout: New Vegas forums.

This happened to me in fallout 3 when I left a building and the the outside failed to load so I restarted the game and when I did, the save was corrupted, I lost about 60 hours of game time, just remember to save frequently to avoid this

Bummer man, unfortunately it's not just you. This is no excuse for the stupid broken game screwing you over, but the first lesson I learned from Fallout 3 was save every five minutes. Hope this doesn't ruin the game for you. I'm about 20 hours in now, and still haven't reached Vegas or the Hoover Dam, but the missions keep bringing the goodness, so hopefully those 6 hours you lost aren't too painful to relive.

I learned a long time ago to save every hour, and to have 3-4 different saves.  That way the most you ever lose is an hour or 2.

This is why it's always a good idea to keep about 5 or so saves for these kinds of games.

Yea I'm not shocked that this happens.  Bethesda is full of awesome, but buggy games.

If you only use one save then there's a chance you will get a corruption. If you use several saves then there's a chance the game will crash more often. Pick your poison.

It happens =/ I've been lucky so far and use 3 separate save slots which I just cycle through every time I save just in case something happens. I really would recommend having at least 2 saves in a game like this.
