    TouHou Makuka Sai: Fantastic Danmaku Festival Part II (known in Japan as Touhou Makukasai: Shunsetsu-hen) is a fantasy vertical-scrolling shoot-'em-up developed and published digitally for the PC on March 18, 2019.

    A fangame of the Touhou Project and the sequel to the original Fantastic Danmaku Festival, Part II is a remake of the series' seventh installment (Perfect Cherry Blossom).

    It later received an arcade port by Team EXA-AM5 on July 28, 2022, officially licensed by Team Shanghai Alice. Released for the PC-based exa-Arcadia platform as Touhou Perfect Sakura Fantastica (or Touhou Dengenkei), this version features arranged music, new voice acting, updated graphics, support for vertical screen orientations, an improved horizontal screen mode, and improved frame delay.
