The Ford Bronco was a long-running SUV produced by the Ford Motor Company. Production of the Bronco began in 1966, and then ended in 1996. Perhaps the most famous Ford Bronco was that of OJ Simpson, who famously fled from the police in a white Ford Bronco. In actuality, the vehicle was driven by Al Cowlings, and OJ Simpson was aboard it.
Bronco production was superseded by the Ford Expedition. The final Bronco SUV to roll off the production line was produced on June 12, 1996. The Ford Bronco can be split into several distinctive models, known as the Mark I to Mark V, or Mark 5. Most famously, a white Ford Bronco was used by O.J. Simpson during his pursuit over the killing of his ex-wife. This moment in history arguably made the Bronco famous.
