Bomb After Reading 2 - The Martian

I went back to listen to the enjoyable Bomb After Reading about Sphere; it came out December 10th 2014.

It's been too long. I think The Martian is a good candidate. The talked about doing Anaconda, but I haven't read/seen it, so I'd be more interested in hearing their thoughts on Matt Damon.

Yes please! I'd do anything for another Bomb After Reading.

Agreed, I finished the Martian a few weeks ago and it was great. I'd like to hear the crew's thoughts on it.

If they want to keep it in the sort of michael crichton vein maybe try Scott Smith's The Ruins? It's a worthwhile and fast read even if 1/3 of the book is gratituous padding.

The Martian was a great book! It could be read in a weekend.
