Bombcast Watitng Room

It's all good friend. My day just got better. I just got off the phone with the lady whose car I hit and it's not going to cost me. It seems the damage was only cosmetic and she doesn't care because there was already other paint scratches and dents that needed to be fixed anyway.

The variation in the posting time for the Bombcast week to week kills me

I have food but no Bombcast to listen to while I eat. :(

@xanadu: The mods tried to correct the misspelling a few months ago and the public outcry was such that it had to be changed back to the original typo.

Brad's tweet about reading bombcast emails makes me think we're getting a Brad run podcast this week. And I'm ok with that.

@xite: Could be, but Jeff said that "it could be arranged" for Brad to take a look at that email account more often. My guess is he's only running the email section this week, which sounds prety good, to be honest.

I wonder if picking emails is just Brad's responsibility now.

Sometimes, I forget what day it is. Thankfully, the bombcast drops every tuesday.

Wow, the Bombcast comments were locked before I even woke up this morning (it's a Wednesday thing for Europeans mostly). Must have been explosive?

Has that ever happened before? I think there might be a bit of a disconnect between what Giant Bomb staff expects from their audience... and the actual audience they have. And locking threads won't change that.

If people want to keep discussing locked threads in various sections of the site, I'm more than prepared to lock this thread too, no matter how long it's gotten. I'm seriously over this discussion; if you have issues with moderations, PM the moderators. This is at least the fourth time I've said this tonight. Any further comments down these lines will result in suspensions.

I'm temporarily closing this topic - we don't need yet another thread or comments section to keep an eye on, and the Bombcast is out so no one is waiting for it right now anyway. We'll reopen it in a few days once things have calmed down.

I don't know, as a certified Internet Veteran (tm) Bradmails are like a 2/10 on the pain scale.

I like Brad, but fuck that if the Bombcast is late solely because GB wants him on the podcast to talk about DOTA. Fuck DOTA.
