I noticed this a lot in the earlier podcasts but, Brad would end leaving in a middle of a podcast. Why is that?

In their first office, he would often leave to catch his bus home, if I remember correctly.
@wemibelec90: Yes, I remember the bus thing. I was just thinking maybe he just enjoyed doing it for an hour or so. I dont blame him. I enjoy listening to the 3 hour podcasts in one sit in but, 3 hours of talking? Those guys are freaking pros.
Brad is kind of an awkward person, so he gets up and leaves things without announcing his departure quite often I noticed.
It's especially awkward to see during livestreams, since he has to unhook his mic and so on. One time, he was just about to get up and Ryan sternly said "Do NOT walk between me and the screen right now" - Which suggests to me that Brad is kind of known for wanting to "Escape" livestreams and podcasts and so on when he isn't needed. Out of everyone, Brad is the least confident on camera.
I only notice because I share the same kind of phobias with these sorts of things.
Although he's gotten a lot better over the last year or so.
Also, this isn't a criticism. I like Brad a lot.
Just an observation.
I think he is trying to have a child.
Remeber they used to have schedualed breaks. Except for the last 4 months podcasts rarley hut 3 hours and no one asked for a break.
Recently we have had a break. And that was for brad to pee then he came back.
Earlier podcasts. I defer to the posters above me.
He used to do it to catch the bus home. But I was always slightly confused about that because I thought he and Vinny used to get the same bus.
When you gotta go, you gotta go.
Some the comments are priceless, seriously i think he just needs to stretch his legs, pee or take a call, i know if i sit at my desk at work for 3 hours i definetly feel the need to get up and walk around before my legs start cramping up. Its no biggie, hes usually around for the important stuff.
I read that he has horrible irritable bowel syndrome.

Vinny ended up moving to another place, so that would explain why they don't take the same bus. That and, doesn't Vinny drive now? I wonder if he drives to work or leaves the car for his wife.
Brad needs to go to the top of the CBSi building and glare back into the all-seeing eye of Sauron, just to let it know he won't brook no bullshit. Not today, not ever.

Every 2 hours he turns into a werewolf for a couple minutes
This is the most plausible explanation of Brad I've ever read.
How the did the whole "Brad's leaving" thing start anyhow?

@kristov_romanovI think he is trying to shave a child.
@BaconBuTTy: Yeah man, I'd be exactly the same I think.
To play some Assassins Creed, but then he realizes it sucks so he comes back.
Small bladder. It's a genetic condition. Poor Brad...
You try holding your bladder in for two and a half to three hours during those podcasts.
He's horribly addicted to the hunk.
The smell must be bad after two hour in this room.
