Multimonitor: Watch Giantbomb videos in full screen and work

Problem:  Watch the Endurance Run videos (or any flash videos) full screen on one of my monitors without losing full screen when I try to work on the other monitor.
Solution:  Get the latest version of flash.  10.0.45.2.   Replace a flash DLL file with an edited version.   The files are in 
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

 If you don't want to use someone else's DLL, you can hexedit your 
NPSWF32.DLL (always back it up first)

If I hadn't already watched every giantbomb video on the site, I would do this. I always watched the endurance run in a small window on my other screen... ah well.
