So, anyone have theories on what that sound was on the bombcast?

On this week's bombcast, right around the 2:09:00 mark there is a terrifying sound described as potentially "bending metal", "a submarine surfacing" or "someone in a bathroom above us."

Anyone have some theories as to what this really was? To me it sounded like a train whistle - the Nintendownload Express coming back as a ghost train?

Was it just a crazy noise out of the blue, or was its existence acknowledged by Jeff, Ryan, Brad, etc.?

It was a submarine.

It's not loud its just in the background and noticeable.

I think whatever it is should become the new theory for what is up with Rich Gallup's eyebrow.

It was Jeff's pod racer.

I don't know, but I was reading up on numbers stations while listening at that moment and it freaked the hell out of me.

If I know Dave's house, and I stayed there for a week when we were launching Screened, it's the horrible piece of metal on his roof that screeches against another horrible piece of metal when the wind picks up. Seriously made it tough to sleep on his couch for that week. I haven't heard the noise in question, but odds are that's what it was.

I believe when OP said "this week's" podcast, he mean the podcast from 2-3 weeks ago, because I believe that's where the submarine sound came from.
