Embiggen missing?

So I noticed that the embiggen button is gone from any video I go to. Here is an example from the Mario party party. Is this a bug, or was it removed?

Look inside the quality settings...

Well, I feel like an idiot. I thought it used to just be on the tool bar. Thanks!
