Getting rid of achievement points

Well, I tried linking my profile on the 360 to Giant Bomb, but what happened was that it grabbed someone else's profile. Why? Mine isn't signed up to Xbox Live at all, so my forum posts have the number of achievement and points gained by someone else. I deleted it on my main profile, but my forum posts still has the numbers. How can I get rid of this?

It might just take a while for it to reset. Why not sign up for XBL so you can add your own?

It will probably reset on the next achievements update.

It updates whenever they feel like pressing the button that makes it update. There's no real schedule.
